“The Unexamined Life Was not Worth Living”
By Scorates and Commented by:

It is true that unexamined life was not worth living because many things are happening in our lives, which were unplanned and unexamined for their possible outcomes. These made our lives miserable and uncontrollable. Things were too difficult to find simply because we could not get what we wanted to have. Things and events just come naturally without proper timing. Sometimes they would just happen in the most unexpected times. We were not in total control of what will happen. That oftentimes we commit more mistakes and have more misfortunes. Everything seems to be falling apart and disintegrating that we felt living was so not so rewarding. We can not find value and reason for our existence. That’s why life has to be examined so that everything would be put in its right perspective. What is right should be accomplished to minimize mistakes, agonies and miseries. This will eventually lead to the realization that in order for life to be worth living life must have to be examined. What should be done first should be the ones to be prioritized. Things would be planned and executed in a more organized and systematized way. Happening of events could be predicted and avoided. This will ultimately result to careful and proper planning of steps to be undertaken in order to minimize errors. Drastic moves and measures would be avoided thereby giving assurance to good accomplishments. This philosophical view is very relevant to education. That unplanned education would result to poor quality. Any effort that education specialist would extend would be futile if not taken too seriously. Everything will boil down to poor instruction, inadequate and substandard facilities. Teaching force who are insensitive to the needs of the students. Graduates with poor quality who could hardly specialized and pass technical standards. Although quality education is imperative to educational institutions be it private or public. Still there is no assurance that schools emphasize this in their educational pursuit for academic excellence. That is why in our pursuit for academic excellence as teachers, students or anybody in the academe world keeping things at par with each other should not sacrifice quality by simply doing mediocre things. Actions should be planned, examined and given critical analysis before execution so that everything will be in its perfect places. Free from errors, blames, criticisms and regrets. It is only then that quality education will be assured.
